Government security services subsidiary of Securitas Critical Infrastructure Services, has hired Toney Davis as its vice president of training. Davis has a long history in law enforcement operations and training. He started his career in military law enforcement and, after several years in state and local law enforcement and corrections, continued his career in training at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC) in Glynco, GA.
